These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Blue Collar AI (“Blue Collar AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our AI-powered phone scheduling and SMS messaging for home-service and trades businesses. By using our services or providing consent to receive messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description
Blue Collar AI provides AI-powered phone scheduling. When a customer calls and books an appointment, our system sends transactional SMS messages — appointment confirmations and reminders — to the mobile number the customer provided and verbally agreed to be texted at. These messages are transactional only; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
Consent to receive text messages is collected verbally during the phone callbefore any text is sent. Each consent event is logged with the phone number, a timestamp, and the customer’s response. By providing your number and agreeing on the call, you consent to receive SMS appointment confirmations and reminders at that number.
Sample message
“Hi, this is Blue Collar AI. Your appointment is confirmed for Tue 6/30 at 2:00 PM. Reply C to confirm or call us at 1-844-727-4637. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the number of appointments you book and the reminders associated with them.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.Blue Collar AI does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (you may also use UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT). After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile information and SMS consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. Use of Our Services
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the phone number and contact details you provide are correct and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Blue Collar AI facilitates scheduling between you and the home-service or trades business you contact. Appointment availability, pricing, and the services performed are the responsibility of that business. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of services provided by third-party businesses.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through our services are owned by Blue Collar AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
5. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Collar AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
