- Call and consent records — when you book by phone, we record that you verbally agreed to receive text messages, along with the phone number, a timestamp, and your response, so we can document your consent.
- Message data — the content and delivery status of the SMS appointment confirmations and reminders we send to you.
- Technical data — basic device and usage information automatically collected when you visit our website (such as IP address and browser type).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments you book with us.
- Send transactional SMS messages (appointment confirmations and reminders) to the number you provided and verbally agreed to be texted at.
- Provide customer care and respond to your questions or requests.
- Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests.

3. SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information
When you book an appointment, our system sends SMS appointment confirmations and reminders to the number you provided and verbally agreed to be texted at. These messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting us at the details below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or SMS consent information.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below, and, as stated above, SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes:
- Service providers — with vendors who help us operate the service (for example, our telephony and messaging provider, Twilio, which delivers the SMS messages on our behalf). These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
- The business you booked with — when you schedule an appointment with a home-service or trades business we serve, we share the appointment details with that business so they can fulfill your request.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blue Collar AI, our customers, or others.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information, including consent and opt-out records, for as long as needed to provide our services, document consent, comply with legal and carrier obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- Opt out of texts — reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from us. You may opt back in by replying START or UNSTOP.
- Access and deletion — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
